MEMBERSHIP
The Membership consists of all hospitals, community health centers, long-term care facilities, ambulatory surgery centers, governments, and other community partners participating in APDC meetings.
The Activation and Disaster Plans are stored at a secured site with the Arizona Department of Health Services.
